The Milford Elks Riders recently hit the road for their first-ever Riders Convention in East Providence, Rhode Island, and what an experience it was! Traveling up as a group, we shared laughs, stories, and plenty of memories along the way.

At the convention, we learned a lot, from best practices for our club to safety tips on the road, and had the incredible opportunity to meet riders from all over New England—and even as far away as Arizona, Nevada, and Florida. It was inspiring to connect with so many passionate riders and hear the unique experiences each group brought to the table.

One of the biggest highlights? The Milford Elks Riders proudly secured the next convention right here in our home state! We’re already looking forward to next year’s convention in Middletown, where we’ll have the chance to support our fellow brothers and sisters closer to home while sharing the same sense of camaraderie, learning, and fun.

This trip reminded us why riding together is so much more than just hitting the road—it’s about connection, growth, and being part of a larger family. We can’t wait to see everyone back in Connecticut next year!
