The Milford Elks Riders proudly represented our lodge and community in both the Milford and New Haven St. Patrick’s Day parades this year—and we came home winners in both!
In Milford, our creative “Leprechaun Trap” float took first place overall. In New Haven, we were honored to be named the #1 Fraternal Organization in the parade—a true testament to the pride and spirit of our Elks and Riders.

The Riders showed up in full force with walkers, motorcycle riders, and an incredible float-building crew. Special thanks to our VP, Bobby Fant, who pulled the trailer with his tractor, acting as the official “leprechaun catcher.” His dedication—and everyone’s hard work—helped bring the float to life and made a big impression on the crowd.

It was a fantastic turnout, a great showing of what the Riders are all about, and a fantastic way to connect with our community. We can’t wait to do it again next year—maybe with an even bigger trap for those sneaky leprechauns!
